After payment is made and received by the company, the order will be prepared and sent to the specified address by courier within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Any orders created, but not paid for are reserved for you and stored for 5 calendar days starting from the order date. If payment is not received by the due date, your order will be automatically cancelled and the ordered products will be removed from the reserve.

Processing and delivery of orders is carried out depending on the delivery method you have chosen. If the payment for the order received after 13:00, then package is transferred to the courier service next day. When choosing DHL, the package can be delivered to your local post office.

The refund is processed within 14 days from the date the seller receives a written statement requesting a refund and the product is returned. File an electronic application at info@coral-club.com. Be sure to fill out your first and last name, club number, order number, and the reason for returning the product- this will expedite the processing of your request.
The buyer shall pay for the return shipping of products in good condition (option DHL Paket).
When returning inadequate quality products, use the prepaid label to send the package for free.

Damaged or defective items can be exchanged or returned for a refund in the following cases:

That is why returning to Coral Club is easy. If for any reason you change your mind about a product, you can return or exchange it. In order to return or exchange a product, it should be unopened and in marketable condition. You can exchange the purchased product for the same product, or another product of equal or higher value. In the latter case, you would need to pay the difference in price.
If you do not want to substitute one product for another, you will receive your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days. The company reserves the right to refuse to return the product if its packaging is damaged, with the exception of products that were damaged during transportation through the seller's fault.
If the product was purchased as part of a promotion, then that is accounted for when processing the refund.
